Sales & Lead Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing customers via phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
  • Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and lead nurturing.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Build rapport with customers to ensure long-term relationships and repeat business.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School/Diploma; Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1- 3 years of experience in telesales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Active listening and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism at all times.
