Internal Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audit assignments across departments to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
  
• Review financial statements, records, and operational procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  
• Identify gaps, risks, and control weaknesses; recommend actionable improvements and monitor implementation of corrective measures.
  
• Evaluate adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and statutory requirements.
  
• Prepare detailed audit reports with clear findings, insights, and recommendations for management and stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance transparency, accountability, and process optimization.
  
• Support the continuous improvement of internal audit methodologies and risk assessment frameworks.
  
• Stay abreast of emerging regulations, auditing practices, and industry developments.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all audit engagements.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  
• Professional qualification such as CPA, Inter CA, or CA Dropout preferred.
  
• Proven experience as an Internal Auditor or in a related finance/audit role.
  
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and internal control frameworks.
  
• Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities.
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
  
• Proficient in

  Microsoft Excel

  and other MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or audit management software is an advantage.
