The role involves regular client interaction, on-site service visits, and supporting distributors and dealers to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities Promote and sell solar panels, inverters, and related solutions to customers, dealers, EPCs, and installers. Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the assigned region. Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, and direct clients. Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reports on leads, visits, quotations, and order closures. Support marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and sales volume. Service & Support Responsibilities Conduct site visits for installation support, technical inspections, and troubleshooting. Provide remote and on-site technical assistance for inverter setup, commissioning, and fault resolution. Coordinate with internal service teams for warranty claims, product replacements , and escalated service cases. Perform preventive maintenance checks and monitor system performance. Maintain detailed documentation of service activities, reports, and customer feedback. Skills & Requirements Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems , including modules, inverters, and grid-tied systems . Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Ability to work independently and manage multiple field tasks efficiently. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools . Technical aptitude with problem-solving and analytical abilities. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in Solar PV sales, service, or field engineering roles. Familiarity with inverter fault diagnosis and solar performance monitoring systems .

High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Strong communication and report-writing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
