Sales & Support Executive (Assistant to Co-Founder) About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales & Support Executive who will work closely with the Co-Founder and play a vital role in backend operations, sales, and student management. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to explore new opportunities while contributing to both sales growth and smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Generation: Make sales calls, follow up with leads, and convert them into admissions. Manage inquiries and nurture leads through effective communication. Content & Marketing Support: Create and design engaging content using Canva for marketing campaigns. Assist in preparing presentations, documents, and promotional materials. Student Management & Support: Coordinate with students for schedules, updates, and support queries. Maintain student records and ensure timely communication. Data & Backend Operations: Manage data entry, reports, and records using MS Word, Excel, and other tools . Support backend administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow. Collaboration: Work directly with the Co-Founder, assisting in daily tasks and project execution. Stay open to exploring new strategies, tools, and methods for growth. Required Skills & Qualifications: Prior sales experience (preferred). Strong communication skills in English (fluency is a must) . Proficiency in Canva for content creation. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and data management . Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities effectively. Comfortable with exploring and learning new tools and processes.
