The flagship product, Amoya Pure Ghee, is crafted to the highest standards of purity and taste, making it a trusted choice The company aims to create an ecosystem by partnering with farmers and cow farms to produce quality products for the B2B segment while establishing the Amoya brand in the B2C market. Purpose-

Lead and manage the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Premium Fresh Milk (subscription-based) and value-added dairy products business in Vadodara city by driving customer acquisition, retention, sales growth, operational excellence, logistics, and brand visibility. The Sales Leader will be solely responsible for end-to-end sales, marketing, and last-mile delivery management.

Candidate Profile-

- Must have prior work experience in Vadodara and strong knowledge of local demographics

- Solely responsible for sales, marketing & logistics/D2C delivery management

- Education: Any graduate; MBA preferred in Sales & Marketing

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in D2C Milk/Dairy product sales

- Additional FMCG sales & marketing experience is strongly preferred

- KPI: Monthly recurring revenue (MRR)

4. Distribution & Delivery Management–

- KPI: On-time delivery rate

- Benchmark: 95% on-time delivery

5. Marketing & Brand Visibility

- KPI: Campaign ROI, app adoption, brand visibility

- Benchmark: ROI 3x on digital spends

6. Sales Team Leadership

- KPI: Team productivity vs. target

- Benchmark: 90% target achievement

7. Compliance & Quality Assurance

- KPI: Timely Delivery & Customer complaints resolved within SLA

Competency Requirements

- Strong sales leadership experience in D2C/E-commerce business models

- Proven track record in subscription growth and retention

- Excellent understanding of dairy/FMCG sector and consumer behavior

- Deep knowledge of Vadodara city market and customer demographics

- Digital marketing, analytics, and customer lifecycle management skills

- Team management, communication, and leadership abilities

- Ability to manage sales, marketing, and logistics end-to-end
