Job Description

You are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join the sales team. You should have a solid understanding of engineering services and solutions, with a proven track record of customer acquisition in the USA and India markets. Your role will involve generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the engineering services sector. - **Business Development**: - Identify and target potential clients across industries for engineering services like embedded electronics, electro-mechanical systems, automation, IoT, integrated software, and mobile applications. - Generate new business in targeted geographical territories and expand the customer base. - Drive the sales cycle, including prospecting, creating business cases, proposals, client meetings, and negotiations. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business. - Communicate client expectations and project requirements to the technical team. - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and pipeline status. - Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and forecasts. - **Sales & Revenue Generation**: - Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Collaborate with internal teams to create pre-sales documentation such as proposals, presentations, and collateral. - Conduct presentations to educate clients on available engineering services, capabilities, offerings, and engagement models. - **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**: - Monitor industry trends and market developments. - Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning to identify new sales opportunities. - Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events. **Qualifications**: - Bachelors degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in sales or business development in the engineering services sector. - Understanding of engineering services and solutions. - Prior experience in selling product engineering services and/or IoT solutions will be preferred. - Exposure to HVAC, industrial products, med-tech, and instrumentation sector. - Proven experience in B2B sales, consultative selling, and closing deals. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales contracts. - Familiarity with CRM software for lead management and reporting. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. You should have proven experience in acquiring business from the USA and India in engineering services, possessing a valid USA Visa and prior experience in travelling across the USA territory. Additionally, you should have strong networking and relationship-building abilities, be passionate about engineering and technology solutions, understand and address client needs effectively, and be highly organized with a focus on delivering results.,
