As a Sales Team Lead in the education technology (EdTech) sector, your role will involve leading and managing a team of sales executives to achieve targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for business growth, tracking, analyzing, and optimizing sales performance using CRM tools. Additionally, you will play a key role in training, motivating, and supporting team members to improve productivity, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relationships.
