Sales Lead

As a Team Lead/Sales Manager at Million Deliveries, a Canada-based logistics and transportation company, you will be responsible for leading the India operations in Mohali. With at least 2 years of experience in logistics or B2B sales, you will report to the Director/Business Head and play a crucial role in driving lead generation, client onboarding, and revenue growth. Your main duties will include setting and tracking sales targets, coaching and mentoring the sales team, managing client interactions, working with operations for accurate quotes, analyzing sales data, and fostering a positive sales culture. Key Responsibilities: - Set and track sales targets, coach, and mentor the sales team - Manage client interactions to ensure satisfaction - Collaborate with operations for timely and accurate quotes - Analyze sales data and report performance - Cultivate a positive and result-oriented sales culture Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in logistics) - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance tracking The compensation package includes a competitive base salary and performance-based incentives.
