About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and results-oriented Sales Head to spearhead our SaaS technology sales, with a strong focus on manufacturing-driven solutions such as CRM, ERP, Production Planning, WMS, and other operational excellence platforms.

The ideal candidate will combine deep expertise in enterprise SaaS sales with an understanding of manufacturing processes, enabling them to build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization across diverse geographies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Define and execute growth strategies for SaaS solutions across CRM, ERP, WMS, and manufacturing platforms.
  • Establish quarterly and annual revenue goals, ensuring consistent achievement.
  • Monitor market dynamics, customer challenges, and competitive positioning to refine sales strategies.

2. Business Development

  • Drive new enterprise client acquisition across India, UAE, Africa, and other target markets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with CxO-level stakeholders in manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain sectors.
  • Develop and scale channel partner and reseller networks to expand market reach.

3. Team Leadership

  • Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team comprising managers and executives.
  • Set clear KPIs, foster accountability, and enable capability-building.
  • Cultivate a results-driven, collaborative, and growth-oriented sales culture.

4. Solution Selling

  • Lead consultative, value-driven sales engagements by addressing client-specific operational challenges.
  • Partner with pre-sales and product teams to design and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct impactful product demos, ROI presentations, and business case discussions

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer insights to influence product innovation.
  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery for seamless customer onboarding.

6. Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
  • Present key insights and progress reports to leadership on a weekly and monthly basis.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Technology.
  • MBA preferred (Sales/Marketing/Operations specialization is a plus).

Experience

  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech Sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven success in selling CRM, ERP, WMS, or manufacturing-focused SaaS solutions.
  • Strong exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics-driven industries.

Technical Competencies

  • Expertise in end-to-end SaaS sales cycles (lead generation consultative selling closure onboarding).
  • Familiarity with ERP/WMS/CRM platforms and manufacturing process automation.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation trends shaping the manufacturing sector.

Soft Skills

  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to inspire and lead teams in fast-paced, target-driven environments.

  • Revenue Growth

    – Achievement of quarterly and annual SaaS revenue targets.
  • New Client Acquisition

    – Number of new logos onboarded in focus sectors.
  • Conversion Rate

    – Percentage of leads converted to closures.
  • Deal Value & Upsell

    – Growth in average contract size and recurring revenue.
  • Team Performance

    – Recruitment, retention, and productivity of the sales team.
