Duties and responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development:

     Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  • Team Leadership:

     Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Sales Forecasting:

     Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets, and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Client Relationship Management:

     Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and oversee the management of key accounts.
  • Market Analysis:

     Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, assess market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting:

     Prepare and present regular sales reports, including performance metrics, sales forecasts, and market insights, to senior management.
  • Training and Development:

     Provide training and support to sales team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.

Qualifications include:

  • Experience:

  • Skills:

     Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Proficiency:

     Proficiency with excel, sap software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Personal Attributes:

     Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
