Job Description


The Sales Head will lead and oversee BBCLs Sales, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functions. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, brand visibility, customer engagement, and long-term business sustainability. The incumbent will develop strategies, lead high-performance teams, and ensure seamless integration of sales, marketing, and CRM to deliver exceptional customer experience and business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership

    • Drive overall sales strategy, planning, and execution to achieve business targets.
    • Build and manage channel partnerships, broker networks, and direct sales teams.
    • Oversee pricing, inventory management, and product positioning.
    • Monitor sales performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions.
  • Marketing & Branding

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies (digital, ATL/BTL campaigns, events, PR) to strengthen BBCLs market presence.
    • Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide product and campaign decisions.
    • Drive brand communication, positioning, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

    • Lead the CRM team to ensure seamless customer onboarding, engagement, and post-sales service.
    • Oversee collections, customer escalations, and retention initiatives.
    • Implement CRM tools and analytics to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strategic & Operational Leadership

    • Align business objectives across sales, marketing, and CRM functions.
    • Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management to teams.
    • Drive innovation and digital transformation in sales and customer experience.
    • Work closely with leadership on strategic expansion and growth initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of sales revenue and collection targets.
  • Customer acquisition, conversion, and retention rates.
  • Brand visibility, campaign ROI, and lead generation effectiveness.
  • Customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT) and resolution turnaround time.
  • Team performance and productivity.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in

    Real Estate

    , construction, or related industries with strong exposure to Sales, Marketing, and CRM.
  • Proven track record in leading large teams and delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
