KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing Strategy and Planning Develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategies to position commercial properties effectively in the target markets Define the annual marketing roadmap and drive integrated campaigns aligned with business leasing objectives Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and resource planning efficiently Brand Development Strengthen the commercial portfolio's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across platforms Position the brand as a leader in innovation, sustainability, and tenant experience in the commercial space Offline & BTL Marketing Lead execution of targeted offline campaigns, including outdoor, print, industry events, and exhibitions Strategize corporate outreach programs and broker activation initiatives Liaise with design, PR, and media agencies to ensure high-quality marketing collaterals Content & Thought Leadership Drive content strategy to position the organization as a thought leader in commercial real estate Develop content tailored for investor presentations, brochures, email campaigns, whitepapers, and digital brochures Lead Generation & Leasing Support Collaborate with the Leasing & BD teams to create marketing funnels that drive demand for commercial assets Use data-driven approaches to track and enhance lead quality, engagement, and conversion Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking Conduct market and competitor research to analyze trends in leasing rates, customer expectations, and emerging locations Offer strategic insights to inform pricing, tenant targeting, and product positioning REPORTING TO: Senior VP Commercial Business LOCATION: Bangalore
