Build a strong digital presence for the brand and individual projects, improving qualified leads and brand recall. 4. Manage creative agencies, production teams, and real estate portals to align with campaign goals. 5. Implement CRM strategies to nurture leads and improve conversion timelines. 6. Handling companies all projects paid digital campaigns, optimizing the same to generate good amount of leads with low CPL _ Budget ranging up to 10 Lacs monthly. 7. Working on SEO of all projects landing page as well as company website. 8. Taking care of site branding & CP meets. 9. Handling companies all social media platforms and doing organic posting to keep engagement. 10. Coordinating with Real Estate portals team for digital campaigns and positioning. 11. Taking care of all ATL / BTL activities of the company. 12. Brand Marketing & Website Management. 13. Closely working with graphic designers for creative designing for all online and offline campaigns. 14. Closely working with team for other marketing activities other than digital campaigns. 15. Monitoring presales tele calling team for lead status and conversion ratio. 16. Scheduling of SMS and WhatsApp campaigns. 17. Ensure Pre-defined ROI targets are met.

Role Summary The DGM – Land Acquisition will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, planning, and execution of land acquisition initiatives to align with the organization's long-term business objectives. As a critical member of the team, this role will work closely with the SGM to identify, evaluate, and secure land opportunities in the market. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Planning • Develop and execute a comprehensive land acquisition strategy. • Partner with SGM and executive leadership to define land portfolio expansion plans supporting the organization’s future pipeline and business objectives. • Lead market intelligence efforts to identify emerging opportunities and risks in target geographies. Operational Oversight • Oversee the end-to-end land acquisition lifecycle, including opportunity sourcing, feasibility studies, site evaluations, negotiations, due diligence, and transaction closure. • Collaborate across functions including Legal, Finance, Planning, and Construction to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisitions. • Review, approve, and monitor budgets, timelines, and investment returns related to land deals. • Ensure strict adherence to zoning laws, environmental regulations, and corporate governance standards. Stakeholder Engagement • Build and maintain strategic relationships with landowners, local authorities, industry bodies, consultants, and other key external stakeholders. • Represent the organization in negotiations, partnerships, and forums impacting land acquisition and real estate development. • Provide regular land feasibility reports and strategic insights to the other senior leaders. Qualifications & Experience • Minimum 14+ years of progressive experience in land acquisition, real estate development, preferably within an in-house developer or large real estate enterprise. • Proven track record of leading strategic land acquisition initiatives, including multi-location and complex projects in the Bangalore market . • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, land valuation techniques, feasibility analysis, and negotiation strategies. • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
