Key Responsibilities:

Take complete ownership of the
sales cycle – from lead qualification to deal closure
Handle
warm/hot leads
efficiently and convert them into active clients
Manage
end-to-end client relationships
, including onboarding and post-sale coordination
Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) to ensure smooth handovers and service delivery
Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and provide regular reports to senior management
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions based on outsourcing capabilities
Represent the company in client meetings, virtual demos, and negotiations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in
B2B sales
, preferably in
outsourcing.
Proven success in
closing hot leads
and handling
end-to-end client acquisition
Experience working with
international clients
(preferably in the US/Canada market)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work in
US/Canada shifts
