Job Title: Sales Head Outsourcing Industry Location: Ahmedabad Shift Timing: US/Canada Shift Job Type: Full-Time Company Overview: We are a fast-growing outsourcing services provider catering to global clients, primarily in the US and Canada. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to lead our business development efforts and convert high-potential leads into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities: Take complete ownership of the sales cycle – from lead qualification to deal closure Handle warm/hot leads efficiently and convert them into active clients Manage end-to-end client relationships , including onboarding and post-sale coordination Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) to ensure smooth handovers and service delivery Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and provide regular reports to senior management Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions based on outsourcing capabilities Represent the company in client meetings, virtual demos, and negotiations Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales , preferably in outsourcing.
