Role


Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve revenue targets by owning the complete sales lifecyclefrom strategy and pipeline development to deal closure and client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals
Oversee end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, negotiation, and closing high-value dealsLead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersCollaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize sales effortsAnalyze sales metrics and market trends to inform decision-making and forecast growthDrive business expansion into new markets and verticals

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven track record in leading sales teams and closing large, complex deals
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skillsStrategic thinker with ability to drive results in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision makingBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
