Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. MIS Reporting & Data Management

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (sales, revenue, expenses,

profitability, receivables, payables, cash flow, etc.).

• Create dashboards and analytical reports for management review.
• Maintain and update financial databases, spreadsheets, and ERP systems.
• Consolidate data from various departments to ensure report accuracy.

2. Financial Analysis

• Perform variance analysis of budget vs. actuals.
• Analyze operational and financial performance trends.
• Assist in forecasting and budget preparation.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management based on data.

3. Accounting Support

• Support accounting team in AP, AR, GL reconciliations, invoice tracking, and

transaction reporting.

• Assist with bank reconciliation statements and vendor/customer statement

matching.

• Coordinate with finance team during month-end and year-end closing.

4. ERP & System Support

• Extract data from ERP/accounting system (SAP / Oracle / Tally / Odoo / Zoho,

etc.).

• Create automated reports and templates using Excel or BI tools.
• Ensure financial data accuracy within the system.

5. Audit & Compliance Support

• Prepare MIS and schedules required for internal & external audits.
• Maintain proper documentation, financial records, and data logs.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and finance policies.Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Statistics, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in MIS, finance reporting, or accounting support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards).
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Experience in ERP systems preferred.
