Position: Loan Sales Executive – Personal Loans
Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Role Overview:
The Loan Sales Executive will be responsible for sourcing, selling, and closing personal loan business through direct sales, tele-calling, and channel partners while meeting monthly disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source personal loan leads through tele-calling, field sales, and referrals
• Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation to customers
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
• Collect and verify KYC, income, and bank documents
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth disbursement
• Maintain accurate sales MIS and customer follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in personal loan sales (Fintech/NBFC preferred)
• Good understanding of personal loan products and sales cycles
• Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and digital loan platforms

Pay: ₹14,092.52 - ₹23,000.00 per month
