Role Overview Weseek a skilled Fullstack Developer who will excel as an Individual Contributor, demonstrating expertise in Node.js for backend development and React or Vue for frontend development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and developing robust backend APIs, delivering user-friendly frontend applications, and collaborating closely with the Product Manager to estimate and break down tasks effectively. Key Responsibilities: WorkasanIndividual Contributor (IC) to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend APIs using Node.js frameworks such as Fastify, Express.js, or NestJS. Develop and maintain the Hasura API platform, ensuring seamless GraphQL integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Estimate and break down tasks with Product Managers to create realistic and achievable timelines. Integrate third-party services and APIs into applications. Optimise applications for maximum performance, reliability, and scalability. Debugandresolve technical issues across the full stack, ensuring smooth operations. Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to industry best practices. Stayupdated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, contributing innovative ideas to the team Requirements 4-6years in full-stack development, with a proven track record of delivering scalable products. Demonstrated experience contributing to the early stages of product development in a startup environment. Expertise in Node.js frameworks (Fastify, Express.js, or NestJS) and RESTful API design. Advanced knowledge of React and Vue3, including experience with state management libraries like Pinia, Redux, or Vuex. Thorough understanding of TypeScript, modern JavaScript standards, and best practices. Experience working with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB). Proficiency in Git and Git-based workflows. Exceptional debugging and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Good to Have Experience with authentication/authorisation mechanisms like JWT or OAuth. Hands-on experience with ElectronJS and multi-process architectures. Familiarity with GraphQL API management (e.g., Hasura GraphQL engine). Knowledge of testing frameworks like Playwright, Storybooks, Robot Framework, Jest, or Cypress. Exposure to containerisation tools like Docker, Kubernetes etc. Experience with CI/CD processes and deployment strategies on platforms like GitLab CI or Vercel. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS or Azure)
