Senior Full Stack Developer

Position: Senior / Lead Full Stack Developer

Location: On-site | Full-time | Experience: 5+ Years

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineering Leader to guide and collaborate with a highly skilled development team. In this role, you will drive the architecture, design, and delivery of cutting-edge software solutions for our clients. You’ll ensure code quality and scalability, oversee engineering best practices, and play an active part in mentoring and developing junior engineers. Frameworks: Python, AI LLM space (preferred), Laravel, WordPress, Node.js , React.js and Full Stack Envrionement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of software development, analysis, design, implementation, and delivery
• Define and communicate robust technical solutions across multiple system layers
• Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and security across application codebases
• Mentor and coach junior developers to support their technical growth
• Architect and design complex applications, APIs, and system integrations
• Optimize and perform performance tuning for large-scale enterprise systems
• Oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices
• Evaluate, recommend, and introduce new technologies and tools suitable for project requirements
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and improvements for ongoing projects

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development
• Deep expertise in JavaScript and modern frameworks: Laravel, Python, WordPress, Node.js , React.js and Full Stack Envrionement
• Knowledge on Python, AI LLM space (preferred)
• Proficiency in backend and frontend architecture design
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Strong database knowledge: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or MSSQL
• Solid grasp of scalable, high-performance application design and development principles
• Good command of version control systems like Git
• Experience working with Docker and container orchestration technologies
• Capability to automate CI/CD pipelines for faster deployments
• Familiarity with GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies
• Proven leadership experience in managing and guiding technical teams

Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year
