Job Summary We are seeking a versatile and proactive Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. This role requires a strong technical foundation, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for building innovative and reliable software solutions. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining both backend and frontend systems, integrating new technologies, and leading deployments. Key Responsibilities Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle from requirements analysis and architecture to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Develop and maintain both backend and frontend application modules. Identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs; implement performance improvements and feature enhancements based on user and stakeholder feedback. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. Maintain and refactor existing systems, design new integrations, and optimize codebases. Document implemented solutions and architectural decisions. Lead and support product deployments, ensuring smooth rollouts across DEV, PREPROD, and production environments. Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure product quality. Qualifications 5 to 10 years of professional experience in software development, product engineering, or a related technical role. Proven experience with full-stack development (Python + JavaScript/TypeScript). Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git/GitLab/GitHub). Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. Experience with AI/ML concepts, computer vision, or media processing is a strong plus. Skills - Must Have 1. Languages: Python, JavaScript 2. Frameworks: Flask, FastAPI, AsyncIO 3. Databases: SQL & NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.) 4. API Design & Integration: REST, WebSockets, JSON 5. CI/CD & Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or similar 6. Containerization: Docker 7. Testing: Unit, integration, and end-to-end testing (PyTest, Jest, etc.) 8. Operating Systems: Unix/Linux, Bash scripting Skills - Nice to Have 1.. C++ 2. AI / ML experience (model training, inference pipelines) 3. Message brokers and additional database technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) 4. Computer vision experience (OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch) 5.
