Job Description

Job Overview:

Client Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support the sales team with daily operational tasks
Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and related documentation
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Maintain and update sales reports, CRM records, and documentation
Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and delivery status
Assist in scheduling sales appointments, meetings, and product demos
Liaise with internal departments such as logistics, accounts, and operations
Track and monitor sales leads, pipeline, and conversions
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
Ensure timely communication and resolution of customer issues

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
2+ years of experience
as a Client Relationship Manager or in a similar role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer-oriented attitude with excellent follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
