Job Description

Lead VIM Specialist

Manage
invoice processing
activities primarily during
LITC shift
, with regular meetings during US hours for monitoring and progress discussions.
Lead initiatives to
drive and streamline automation
within OpenText/VIM.
Collaborate with
integrated suppliers
to ensure seamless invoice workflows and compliance.
Provide leadership and guidance in resolving complex issues, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoice processing.
Independently navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions to support operational excellence.
Act as a subject matter expert in VIM, supporting cross functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

10 to 14 Years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable
Extensive hands on experience
with OpenText/VIM in a lead role.
Strong background in
automation
and process optimization.
Proven ability to work with
integrated suppliers
and manage vendor relationships.
Ability to
hit the ground running
with minimal onboarding.
Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across global teams.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in
self managed environments
