Job Summary:

Sales Growth Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Monitoring & Reporting:
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across cities.
City Management:
Coordinate with local sales teams to ensure sales targets, coverage, and execution plans are met.
Follow-ups:
Conduct daily follow-ups with city executives and distributors to ensure timely closure of leads and orders.
Analysis & Insights:
Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities, gaps, and trends.
Performance Dashboards:
Maintain and update sales dashboards for management review.
Communication:
Prepare and present concise sales summaries, MIS reports, and performance updates to upper management.
Support Planning:
Assist in sales forecasting, target allocation, and market performance evaluation.
Process Improvement:
Recommend and help implement strategies to boost productivity and sales efficiency.

Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
Both freshers and Experienced
Skills:
Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Knowledge of CRM tools and reporting systems preferred.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Attributes:
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and proactive.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving attitude.
