Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operation Service Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in Electric Vehicle (EV) batteries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of EV battery systems and Battery Management Systems (BMS). In this role, you will be responsible for the operational service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EV battery systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic checks, troubleshooting, and repair of EV battery packs and related components. Conduct routine maintenance and service on EV battery systems, both in the field and at service centers. Collaborate with the engineering and R&D teams to provide feedback on battery performance and identify areas for improvement. Monitor battery system performance data and proactively address potential issues. Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams on EV battery operation and maintenance. Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of all service activities. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all service operations. Assist in the development and implementation of service procedures and best practices for EV battery systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. 2-3 years of hands-on experience with EV batteries, including their architecture, chemistry, and operational principles. Demonstrated knowledge of Battery Management Systems (BMS) functionalities, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with EV charging infrastructure and protocols. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software relevant to EV battery systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience with different battery chemistries (e.g., Li-ion).
