Collections Executive

Position: Recovery Executive – E-Rickshaw Segment Location: [City – e.g., Lucknow, Kanpur, etc.] Department: Collections & Recovery Experience: 1–3 years (field collections preferred) Role Summary: We are looking for a dependable and street-smart Recovery Executive to manage collections and resolve overdue payments from e-rickshaw drivers and fleet owners. This role is field-heavy and involves direct interaction with customers to ensure timely repayments and asset recovery when needed. Key Responsibilities: Payment Follow-ups: Visit defaulters and follow up on pending EMIs or dues related to e-rickshaw battery/vehicle financing. Customer Coordination: Understand customer issues, educate them on repayment schedules, and provide resolution support where applicable. Field Recovery: Execute on-ground recovery actions, including warning notices, battery/device retrieval (as per company policy), and coordinating with the ops/legal team when necessary. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily records of visits, collections, and commitments. Share timely reports with city managers and finance team. Dispute Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for resolving payment-related conflicts or escalations from end users.
