With a dedicated professional network and cutting-edge technology, the company offers services including Bad Debt Collection, End-to-End Collection, Legal Collection Management, and Debt Advisory Services. AlexaPartners serves clients across India and internationally through a robust network of partners.

Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Chennai, involves managing debt collection activities for the organization. The Collections Executive will oversee credit control, coordinate with clients, and ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts. The role includes maintaining proper records, analyzing account information, and ensuring adherence to company policies and customer relationship management practices. Collaboration with finance teams and other departments is essential to optimize collection processes.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Credit Control and Debt Collection processes
Strong Communication skills to negotiate effectively and manage client relationships
Analytical skills to evaluate account information and identify trends in collections
Understanding of financial principles and practices, preferably with experience in finance or relevant fields
Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in collections or credit control is an advantage
