Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Collections Supervisor, based on-site in Mumbai. The Collections Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the debt collection team, ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, and develop strategies to improve collection rates. Responsibilities include training and supporting team members, monitoring key performance indicators, handling escalated cases, and maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
