Job Description As a Collections Team Leader located in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for overseeing the debt collection process and managing a team of collection agents. Your primary task will be to ensure the timely collection of outstanding debts. This will involve monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing training and support, handling escalated customer inquiries, and collaborating with other departments to optimize collection strategies. Additionally, you will be analyzing collection data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
