We're looking for a Debt Recovery Supervisor to lead our recovery team and ensure timely collections while maintaining professionalism and compliance. 🔍 Key Responsibilities: Supervise the debt recovery team and oversee daily collection activities. Monitor and manage delinquent accounts and implement recovery strategies. Set targets, review team performance, and provide training/support. Liaise with clients, legal teams, and external agencies as needed. Prepare reports on collection status and recovery rates for management. Minimum 3 years of experience in debt recovery, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Familiarity with debt recovery laws and compliance procedures.
