Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager Collections, located in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager Collections will be responsible for overseeing debt collection processes, coordinating with clients, managing collection agents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Duties also include preparing collection reports, developing collection strategies, handling legal collections, and maintaining client relationships to optimize debt recovery efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Debt Collection, Legal Collection Management, and Credit Monitoring
• Strong skills in Client Relations, Communication, and Negotiation
• Proficiency in developing Collection Strategies and preparing Collection Reports
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance relevant to debt recovery
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in using debt collection software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant experience in the finance or debt collection industry is beneficial
