Approved by the Government of India, eka.care is dedicated to improving health outcomes. Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Marketing/Sales Interns to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with patients at partner hospitals, educate them about our application, and assist them in scanning QR codes to book their appointments and other benefits of the app. This hands-on role will provide valuable experience in healthcare marketing and direct patient interaction. Key Responsibilities: Visit partner hospitals and healthcare facilities to promote our application. Approach patients in waiting areas and other relevant locations to introduce them to our app. Educate patients on the benefits of using the application for booking appointments and managing their healthcare. Assist patients in scanning QR codes and guide them through the appointment booking process. Collect feedback from patients regarding their experience with the app and report any issues or suggestions. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing app downloads and user engagement. Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanour while interacting with patients and hospital staff. Track and report daily interactions and app downloads to the marketing manager. Qualification: 10th/12th Pass/Currently pursuing a degree in any field (Preferably Marketing) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with patients in a healthcare setting. Basic understanding of mobile applications and QR code scanning. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
