Description:

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales leads, pitch products/services, and maintain fruitful client relationships.

Understand client needs and provide solutions aligned with company offerings.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.

Participate in market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Prepare and deliver effective presentations to potential clients.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and product to enhance customer experience.

Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.

Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve sales skills.


Required Qualifications:

MBAinMarketing, Sales, or a related specialization (Passout year: 2024 / 2025).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills .

Willingness to work in a target-driven environment and travel as needed .

Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
