About the Role:

Sales Floor Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team

  of Relationship Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets for demat account openings and trading activity.

• Oversee daily sales floor operations

  , ensuring a high level of productivity and client engagement.
• Develop and implement

  effective sales strategies

  to acquire new clients through various lead generation activities.

• Coach and mentor team members

  on best practices for client communication, objection handling, and product presentation.
• Engage directly with clients to

  understand their financial goals

  and effectively explain the benefits of investing in the stock market.
• Present and tailor various investment options, including equities, mutual funds, and PMS, to client needs.
• Ensure a

  smooth and efficient account opening and onboarding process

  for all clients.
• Monitor client accounts and guide the team in recommending suitable investment strategies for long-term growth.

• Analyze sales performance data

  and provide regular reports to management.
• Maintain a strong understanding of financial markets, products, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum

  3-5 years of experience in sales or a client-facing role

  within the financial services industry, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a knack for motivating and developing a sales team.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts and investment products (equities, mutual funds, PMS).
• Passionate about personal finance and dedicated to helping others achieve their financial goals.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM.
• Saturday: Half day (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
• First Saturday of the month off.
