Sales Floor Manager

As a Floor Manager, your role will involve supervising all floor activities, including assisting customers, collecting customer feedback, monitoring staff, and managing inventory. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all floor requirements are met. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers with any queries or requests. - Supervise staff to ensure smooth operations. - Train staff to perform their allocated roles efficiently. - Manage inventory effectively. - Conduct Customers KYC to maintain customer records accurately. Qualification Required: - A graduate or equivalent qualification. - Prior experience in a managerial position is preferred. - Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and staff. - Previous experience in Sales would be advantageous. - Highly organized to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
