Sales Floor Manager

With at least 8 years of experience in retail management, preferably in tiles and sanitary ware, you should possess strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Your role will involve driving business growth and maintaining high standards within the showroom. Collaboration is key in our organization. You will work closely with all departments to streamline processes and improve sales efficiency. This role requires a proactive approach and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. In addition to your regular compensation, you will be eligible for a yearly bonus based on your performance.
