Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Floor Manager at our Chhapra location. The Sales Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing and training staff, and ensuring smooth operation of the store. Key duties include maintaining inventory, addressing customer inquiries, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the store meets all operational standards.

• Ability to oversee and manage store inventory

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
