Sales Floor Manager

You will be responsible for managing the entire operations of the store in the Gems / Jewellery industry. Your key responsibilities will include achieving retail sales targets, initiating customer relationship programs, manpower planning, training, merchandise planning and management, and overall administration to ensure profitability. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be expected to demonstrate a high degree of leadership, communication, and analytical skills. This is a full-time permanent job with a focus on sales, retail, and business development in the retail sales category. The role will require you to work day shifts at the designated work location.
