As a sub-broker of PL CAPITAL, we empower individuals to take control of their financial futures by providing convenient and affordable access to the stock market through demat accounts. We also offer a range of other services, including portfolio management services (PMS) and mutual funds. About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Floor Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, driving individual and team performance, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. You will coach and mentor a team of Relationship Managers while also engaging with prospective and existing clients to educate them on investment options and encourage active participation in the stock market. Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets for demat account openings and trading activity. Oversee daily sales floor operations , ensuring a high level of productivity and client engagement. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients through various lead generation activities. Coach and mentor team members on best practices for client communication, objection handling, and product presentation. Engage directly with clients to understand their financial goals and effectively explain the benefits of investing in the stock market. Present and tailor various investment options, including equities, mutual funds, and PMS, to client needs. Ensure a smooth and efficient account opening and onboarding process for all clients. Monitor client accounts and guide the team in recommending suitable investment strategies for long-term growth. Analyze sales performance data and provide regular reports to management. Maintain a strong understanding of financial markets, products, and industry regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or a client-facing role within the financial services industry, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong leadership abilities with a knack for motivating and developing a sales team. Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software. Solid understanding of financial concepts and investment products (equities, mutual funds, PMS). Passionate about personal finance and dedicated to helping others achieve their financial goals.
