Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients through outbound calls and other lead generation activities.
Build rapport and trust with potential clients by understanding their financial goals and risk tolerance.
Clearly explain the benefits of investing in the stock market, mutual funds, loans, insurance, and credit cards.
Present various investment options, including equities, mutual funds, and PMS, tailored to meet client needs.
Guide clients through the account opening process, ensuring a smooth on boarding experience.
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing their queries.
Monitor client accounts and recommend suitable investment strategies for long-term growth.
Achieve individual and team targets for new account openings and trading activity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or a client-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong ability to build relationships and develop trust with clients.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Good understanding of basic financial concepts and investment products.
