Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Floor Manager. The Sales Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the sales floor, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing team performance, conducting training sessions, and maintaining high standards of communication. The Sales Floor Manager will also handle operations management tasks and ensure that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
