Identify and onboard new channel partners including dealers, distributors, and system integrators.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure consistent sales growth.
Promote and demonstrate CCTV products, pricing structures, and promotional schemes.
Regularly visit the field to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close channel sales deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable CCTV solutions.
Track competitor activities and report market intelligence to the sales team.
Coordinate with the internal logistics and support teams to ensure timely product delivery.
Prepare daily sales reports, visit logs, and performance updates
Strong interest in sales, and business development
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to travel within the assigned territory
