Sales Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• Client Engagement:

  Welcome clients and understand their lifestyle, preferences, and needs to offer tailored luxury models, creating a hospitality-driven experience.

• Product Expertise:

  Master vehicle features, capabilities, USPs, and competitive offerings; conduct compelling demonstrations and test drives.

• Sales Process Management:

  Guide clients from initial contact through negotiation, financing options, contract finalization, and vehicle delivery, ensuring all steps are smooth and transparent.

• Relationship Building:

  Maintain strong CRM follow-ups and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business, referrals, and loyalty.

• Target Achievement:

  Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction (CSI).

• Market Awareness:

  Stay updated on luxury market trends, competitor models, finance/insurance options, and brand policies.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with Finance, Service, Parts, and Marketing teams for a comprehensive client experience.

• Proven experience in luxury sales, high-end retail, or a related field.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of luxury automobiles, market trends, and client expectations.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a results-driven, customer-centric mindset.
• Impeccable grooming, professional demeanor, and a valid driver's license.
