Sales Consultant

Position: Sales Consultant Location: Vapi

We are looking for a result-driven Sales Consultant who can convert walk-in and digital enquiries into confirmed vehicle bookings. This role requires strong customer handling, follow-ups, negotiation skills, and discipline in reporting.

If you can’t chase leads, can’t handle rejection, or are uncomfortable with targets—this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers, telephonic and online enquiries
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable models
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Explain pricing, variants, finance options, insurance, and exchange offers
• Maintain daily follow-ups and close bookings within timelines
• Achieve monthly sales targets (non-negotiable)
• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams
• Maintain accurate customer data in CRM
• Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to delivery

Eligibility Criteria

• 1 year experience in automobile sales preferred
• Freshers with strong communication and sales attitude may be considered
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, WhatsApp follow-ups, Excel)
• Valid driving license (mandatory)
