Sales Executives

Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and create promotional materials
• Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to the management team

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
