We are seeking ambitious Sales Executives with 1–4 years of experience in domestic logistics sales. The role will focus on acquiring and growing D2C and B2B accounts, driving revenue, and building strong client relationships in the NCR market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and onboard D2C brands and B2B companies for domestic parcel and freight shipping.
Generate leads through cold calls, industry networking, and referrals.
Pitch domestic logistics solutions to decision-makers (founders, supply chain heads, procurement teams).
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Ensure smooth client onboarding by coordinating with operations and customer success teams.
Maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell new services.
Provide regular market insights and competitor activity reports to the leadership team.
Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in domestic logistics sales (mandatory) – preferably with exposure to parcel/courier and B2B freight.
Strong network and understanding of the logistics market.
Prior experience selling to D2C brands and SMEs/B2B customers will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
