Job Description

You will be responsible for promoting Forsche's courses and training programs to colleges and educational institutions by visiting them and delivering presentations about the offerings, which include courses, internships, industrial visits, and in-plant training. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with college management, placement officers, and department heads. Additionally, you will initiate and facilitate tie-ups and MoUs between Forsche Technology Solutions and various institutions. Furthermore, you will plan and execute outreach campaigns, seminars, and workshops to generate interest in Forsche programs. Achieving monthly and quarterly admission and partnership targets will be crucial, along with identifying new business opportunities and maintaining a pipeline of prospective institutional partners. Coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students and institutional partners will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. - 1-3 years of experience in educational sales, institutional marketing, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Willingness to travel extensively for college visits and business meetings. - Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
