We are looking for energetic and driven Sales Executives (Freshers) who can actively engage with educational institutions and help expand our reach.

Job Summary

As a Sales Executive (Fresher), your primary responsibility is to convert leads, build partnerships with colleges and schools, and promote our programs such as course admissions, industrial visits, in-plant training, internships, and more. This role involves both field work and client interaction, ideal for candidates who enjoy communicating, travelling, and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert incoming leads into admissions, partnerships, or training opportunities.
• Visit colleges, schools, and universities to pitch tie-ups for:

- Course admissions

- Industrial visits

- In-plant training

- Internships

- Workshops & seminars

• Conduct presentations and meetings with academic heads, principals, and placement officers.
• Promote company offerings to students and institutions effectively.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong relationships with educational partners.
• Maintain daily activity logs, reports, and CRM updates.
• Achieve monthly targets related to admissions, tie-ups, and lead conversions.
• Coordinate with the internal operations team for smooth execution of programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any Bachelor’s degree (preferred: BBA, BCom, BE, BTech, MBA, Arts/Science).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to colleges and schools.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Freshers with passion for sales and education outreach are welcome.
