Sales Executive/Business Development Executive

As an Inside Sales Executive at the company, your role will involve engaging with leads to drive sales and revenue. You will be responsible for: - Handling inside sales by utilizing provided leads effectively. - Conducting cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to qualify and convert leads into successful sales. - Understanding customer pain points to offer tailored solutions that meet their needs. - Crafting compelling unique selling propositions to drive customer engagement. - Prospecting, qualifying, and managing leads efficiently. - Creating deal proposals and ensuring timely follow-up to achieve closure. - Upselling and cross-selling products/services to existing clients based on their specific requirements. - Providing pre-sales support to the sales and marketing teams. - Assisting in finding, winning, and renewing customers to contribute to business growth. - Promoting company products/services across different geographies to expand market reach. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices, as well as monitoring sales progress and providing reports to stakeholders. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and English as the preferred language of communication. The work location is in person.,
