Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Procurement Based on Inventory Availability:

Procure prospective customer leads through the IndiaMART platform, aligning selections with the organization’s current stock list. This includes evaluating lead relevance, matching inquiries with inventory, and ensuring targeted and efficient lead generation to optimize sales potential.

  • Management of Direct Inquiries from Existing Customers:

Efficiently manage direct leads originating from the company’s existing customer base. These inquiries must be prioritized and handled with care, maintaining a daily target of processing 10 to 13 quality leads to ensure timely engagement and customer satisfaction.

  • Client Communication and Requirement Analysis:

Initiate prompt communication with customers based on their inquiry details. Accurately assess their product requirements, share a formal company introduction via email and WhatsApp, and attach the relevant product catalogues. Perform systematic follow-ups for up to one week or until the query is resolved, ensuring consistent and professional engagement.

  • Pricing Coordination with Senior Management:

Collaborate with top-level management to acquire accurate and updated pricing for drives and other inventory items. This ensures that all quotations provided to clients are in line with internal pricing policies and market positioning.

  • Interdepartmental Coordination for Product Information:

Work in close coordination with the designated product specialist (e.g., Ms. Rinky) to obtain precise product specifications, features, and approved pricing. This collaboration ensures that all customer communications and offers are technically correct and competitively priced.

  • Quotation Drafting and Offer Communication:

Prepare comprehensive and professionally formatted quotations tailored to individual customer requirements. Ensure timely submission of these quotations via appropriate communication channels and maintain a clear record for each transaction.

  • Follow-Up on Quoted Proposals:

Conduct structured and persistent follow-ups with customers to whom quotations have been sent. Address product-related queries, negotiate terms if required, and proactively work to convert quotations into confirmed orders.

  • Preparation of Proforma Invoices:

Upon confirmation of an order, generate detailed Proforma Invoices, including all relevant information such as product specifications, quantities, pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines. Ensure accuracy and clarity to facilitate smooth transaction processing.

  • Daily CRM Updates in Salesforce:

Maintain real-time data updates in the Salesforce CRM system. Accurately log the status of each opportunity, including lead status updates such as “Order Sent,” “Order in Process,” “Order Lost,” or any other relevant milestone. Ensure that customer interactions are documented immediately to support pipeline visibility and reporting accuracy.

  • Sales Activity Reporting via Google Sheets:

Maintain a comprehensive daily report in Google Sheets, capturing all lead interactions, communication activities, quotation details, and order statuses. This acts as a supplementary tracking mechanism for internal reporting and performance review purposes.

  • Handling Export Leads and International Communication:

Actively purchase and manage export-oriented leads via the IndiaMART platform. Engage international clients with tailored introductory emails, product catalogues, and WhatsApp messages. Conduct follow-up calls to address queries and drive conversions in line with global trade practices.

  • Monitoring and Responding to Inbound Customer Interactions:

Regularly monitor all forms of customer communication, including incoming calls, text messages, WhatsApp messages, and direct inquiries. Ensure that every potential lead is acknowledged, evaluated, and responded to professionally and promptly.

  • Product Listing Management and Visibility Optimization:

Update and manage product listings on IndiaMART at least twice weekly. Include detailed specifications, high-quality images, accurate pricing, and product benefits. Focus on optimizing the IndiaMART seller score to maintain a high listing performance score (80–100%) to enhance product visibility and lead generation.

  • Execution of Additional Responsibilities Assigned by Management:

Undertake any other tasks or projects as assigned by the management from time to time. Ensure that all responsibilities are executed with a high level of commitment, professionalism, and alignment with company standards and objectives.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
