Position: Senior Sales & Marketing Executive (Health-Tech) Location: Ahmedabad (On-site) Type: Full-time | Target-based Compensation Role Overview We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced sales professional who brings not just skills - but a powerful network in the diagnostic, healthcare, or wellness space. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding WellMitra’s footprint across India by leveraging your relationships, sales acumen, and market knowledge. Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and close deals with diagnostic labs, pathology centers, and wellness providers. Leverage your existing network to generate qualified leads and business opportunities. Deliver engaging product demos and solution-oriented presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and drive monthly targets. Maintain strong post-sales relationships to drive client satisfaction and long-term retention. Provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions and market insights. Keep CRM and sales tracking tools up to date with activity reports. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in health-tech, diagnostics, or SaaS. A proven network in the healthcare/diagnostic industry is highly desirable. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience in giving compelling product demos and closing enterprise-level deals. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting. A self-starter with a results-driven mindset. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Why Join Us?
